Returns: Bundles, Closures, Frontals and wigs

Refunds are only available on products that have not been unravelled, used, not been bleached, not coloured, lace has not been cut or plucked and tags have not been removed. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. They must be returned in their original state, with labels and tags still in place. Refunds will not be offered on bundles or wigs that have been unravelled, lace closures/frontals that have been bleached, plucked or extra lace cut off. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend special delivery to ensure receipt.

Returns for Custom made wigs only

Custom wigs are non refundable if the lace has been cut.
When purchasing your wig, please ensure your head measurements are as accurate as possible to ensure the wig fits you. If the measurements are incorrect and the wig needs to be remade, there will be a fee of £50.

Processing time and delivery 
Custom wigs can take up to 4 weeks to make, as all wigs are hand crafted and . We recommend ordering well in advance if you need the wig for a special occasion. Once your order has been made it will be shipped via your chosen delivery service.

Limited bundles and closures/frontals are kept on hand. In instances where the product is out of stock it will be ordered. Please allow, up to 14 days for processing closure and bundle order.
