Refunds are only available on products that have not been unravelled, not used, not been bleached/coloured, cut or plucked, labels are still attached within 5 days of receiving your order. They must be returned in their original state, with labels and tags still in place.
Refunds will not be offered on bundles that have been unravelled, lace closures/frontals that have been bleached, plucked or extra lace cut off. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
